NO SMOKING

No smoking or illicit drugs within the Building and Property at anytime.

We have a no smoking policy within all our properties. Aside from the health issue,
smoking inside our units causes our walls and furniture to absorb the smell for a long
time which leads to discolouration. This forces us to replace furniture and repaint the
properties.

We want you to be comfortable during your long term rental, however, we would appreciate
your consideration on the matter. If you do need to smoke, we ask that you do so outside.
